In February 2023 an 18-whheler truck is seen on video spinning out of control and almost hitting a Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper in Rawlins, Wyoming. The roads were very icy because of the snow.
The state trooper was on I-80 assisting with a separate wreck in the snow. As the trooper was on foot on the side of the interstate, an 18-wheeler truck lost control and ran off the road.
The truck was directly in the path of the trooper, but the trooper jumps out of the way.
