Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Homicide Unit are conducting a death investigation that involves a dead body being found on West Summit Avenue Charlotte, NC on December 29, 2022.
At 11:09 a.m., officers responded to a well being 911 call. Cops arrived on the scene and discovered an unresponsive adult female.
Medics pronounced the victim deceased on the scene. The circumstances around the cause of death are not known at this time.
