Charlotte, NC has had a slew of homicides. Charlotte’s 5th homicide this week occurred on November 29, 2022 on Sadler Road. A man was shot and killed.
Shortly after 6:00 p.m., officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call. Upon arrival, officers discovered a male victim with a gunshot wound. Medics transported the victim to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
The victim was pronounced deceased from his injuries a short time later. Detectives have identified a person of interest and are not seeking any additional suspects at this time.
This is the 3rd homicide in 24 hours and the 5th homicide this week.
