82-year-old Doris Cumming was found dead in a freezer on April 14, 2022 in Armuchee, GA. Her grandson 29-year-old Robert Tincher is charged with murdering her.
Investigators say Robert dragged his grandmother through the home he shared with her. Robert is then accused of wrapping Doris in plastic bags and placing her in a large freezer even though he still saw her breathing and moving.
After several hours in the freezer, Doris died. Family grew suspicious after not seeing or hearing from Doris, so they reported her missing. The investigation led to the discovery of her dead body in the freezer.
Robert is charged with murder, aggravated battery and concealing the death of another.
