On January 6, 2022 Eyzaah Ward, 21, was arrested, charged with the murder of Quantae Young, 19. The victim was shot and killed at apartments on December 20, 2021 in Charlotte, NC.
Quantae was murdered on Gold Rush Boulevard at 12:10 a.m. inside an apartment complex. Several shots were fired during an altercation. Quantae was shot and pronounced dead on site by paramedics.
The investigation led police to arrest Eyzaah, and he is charged with first degree murder.
