On September 18, 2021 Kaleb Lawrence, 21, was arrested and charged with the murder of 3-year-old Asiah Figueroa. Jacob Lanier, 21, was the first man charged with Asiah’s murder.
Several cars were seen pulling up to the house, 3 men get out and started firing over 100 shots. Asiah was shot and died. Asiah’s 5-year-old sister was also shot, but she survived.
Kaleb is charged with murder, eight counts of attempted murder, nine counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling, and conspiracy to commit murder.
