This is the second victim to be murdered during the 4th of July weekend in Charlotte, NC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTgyMjE3NjkwODY4MzYwNTIw\/1untitkled.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>Travell&nbsp;was in a vehicle sitting in traffic on South Blvd. in Charlotte. A suspect then pulled up to the victim and shot Travell. Several shots were fired at the victim. <\/p>\n<p>Travell&nbsp;suffered life threatening injuries. 911 was called and Travell&nbsp;was taken to the hospital and underwent emergency care.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately&nbsp;Travell&nbsp;succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the hospital. No suspects are in police custody.<\/p>\n<p>  <a href=\"https:\/\/charlottealertsnews.com\/charlottealerts\/news\/man-shot-and-killed-during-4th-of-july-weekend\">Jason Farmer, 24, was shot and killed on the 4th of July 2021 weekend also.
