A suspect shot two victims multiple times. Dekoven was pronounced deceased on scene. The second victim received treatment at a hospital.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dekoven is the second teenager to&nbsp; be murdered this week in Charlotte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/grown-man-charged-with-murdering-16-year-old-boy-on-4th-of-july\">16-year-old&nbsp;Travell Moore was shot and killed on the 4th of July 2021 just a few days earlier this week.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A double shooting left one teenager dead.
