John&#8217;s face hit the hot asphalt, and it left a red mark.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The postal vehicle was still moving when John fell out, and it crossed the road before hitting hedges.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Police were called to the scene and they determined that John was operating the vehicle while drunk.
