At the Charlotte airport U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers observed a bulge under Xavier&#8217;s shirt after he removed his jacket.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The bulge consisted of a white, powdery substance that field-tested positive for cocaine, federal officials say. The cocaine weighed over six pounds and had an estimated street value of $215,000.<\/p>\n<p>The CBP Area Port Director in Charlotte&nbsp;Barry Chastain says:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Any day that Customs and Border Protection officers can keep dangerous drugs from reaching our communities is a great day.
