The murder was in Charlotte, NC but Mark was arrested in&nbsp;Valencia, California.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTgyNjQwNTk0NTU0NzI1Nzk1\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/victim-found-shot-dead-in-woods\">Catrell was shot and killed on January 31, 2021 on Windy Valley Drive Charlotte, NC.<\/a> A random person found Cartrell&#8217;s body in the woods and alerted authorities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cartrell was shot and then dumped in the woods.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of continued investigation, homicide unit detectives identified Mark as a suspect in this case and warrants were issued for his arrest.
