The crash was on July 31<sup>st<\/sup>, 2021 just after midnight.&nbsp;Michael Green, 39, is charged in the crash.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTgyODcwOTcyMDM3MDgwNDE2\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>The initial investigation has revealed that Bianca was crossing West Boulevard when she was struck by a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck. The Chevrolet was allegedly driven by Michael and officials say the truck was traveling at an excessive speed.<\/p>\n<p>Bianca was found severely injured and was pronounced deceased on scene by emergency personnel.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;The truck did not stop at the crash site. The truck continued to drive until it some how became disabled farther down on West Boulevard.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A cop located&nbsp;Michael&nbsp;and the Chevrolet shortly after the crash. Officials say that&nbsp;Michael&nbsp;was found to be impaired by an alcoholic beverage.
