On August 16, 2021 Terry was sentenced to 60 years in prison after pleading guilty.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTgzMjA2NzU2NjA2ODEzNjAy\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>The crime occured at apartments on Rose Street. The female victim was approached by Terry late at night in the apartment complex parking lot. Terry pointed a gun at the victim and made her walk to a darkened area where he sexually assaulted her.<\/p>\n<p>Terry dumped the woman\u2019s purse and took an IPhone, ID cards, and her vehicle.
