David is a security guard with G4S in Charlotte, NC. He was arrested on September 8, 2021.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTgzNzQ2MjI1NzA1NTkyMTI3\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>On Labor Day September 6, 2021, David was on duty and transported a juvenile patient with an involuntary commitment order from a medical center in Rowan County to another medical facility in Charlotte, NC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During the transport, Daivd is accused of engaging in a sexual act with the victim, investigators say. The victim disclosed the incident to a medical professional, and police responded to conduct the investigation. <\/p>\n<p>On September 8, 2021, David spoke with detectives at police headquarters.
