Qua&#8217;Tonio was arrested on September 9, 2021 in Charlotte, NC.&nbsp;Qua&#8217;Tonio is also charged with shooting into 3 homes on&nbsp;Joe Morrison Lane.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTgzNzgwNDYxNDI2Nzc5NTM1\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>On September 7, 2021 at 1:00 a.m. three homes were shot into at Joe Morrison Lane Charlotte, NC. Per that case, Qua&#8217;Tonio was charged with seven counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and three counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling, but he was not arrested until September 8th.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Later into the night on September 7, 2021 two more homes were shot into within the same neighborhood on&nbsp;Richard Rozelle Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/video-child-shot-and-killed-in-drive-by-shooting\">Video shows that shooting resulted in 3-year-old Asiah Fiquero being shot and killed.<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Authorities say Qua&#8217;Tonio took possession of the gun used to kill little Asiah.<\/p>\n<p>From information gathered, detectives with the Crime Gun Suppression Team conducted a traffic stop within Interstate 85 on a vehicle driven by Qua&#8217;Tonio on September 8, 2021.
