Clive was arrested on September 15, 2021.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTgzOTE1NzgxODg3NjMzMjkz\/1untitkled.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/woman-dies-after-being-struck-by-car-in-hit-run\">Barbara died on July 12, 2021 after being hit by a car days earlier at apartments.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>On July 5, 2021, Barbara was hit by a car on Hoskins Mill Lane at an apartment complex parking lot while she was on foot. The driver of the vehicle kept going.<\/p>\n<p>The time of impact was around 4:15 a.m., officers responded to reports of a pedestrian struck.
