Leroy Hopkins, 26,&nbsp;is charged with reckless driving and involuntary manslaughter.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTgzOTYxOTM5NjMyNzI3OTQ5\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>The wreck was on Wilkinson Blvd and involved two-motor vehicles. Emanuel and Rodney were in the same vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Leroy was driving and traveled through the intersection allegedly at a very high rate of speed before striking the vehicle that Emanuel and Rodney were in.<\/p>\n<p>The collision caused the victim vehicle to be pushed off the road and into a utility pole.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Paramedics arrived on scene and pronounced Rodney and his passenger Emanuel deceased on the scene.
