No charges will be filed in the shooting death of&nbsp;Jeffery Lineberger,&nbsp;43, he was shot and killed in a triple shooting over Labor Day weekend 2021 on September 5th.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg0MDgyODI1MjQ1MzcwMjQz\/1untitkled.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>On September 23, 2021 detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department\u2019s Homicide Unit classified this case as a justified homicide. The Mecklenburg County District Attorney\u2019s Office consulted with police and concurred in the decision not to charge anyone in this case.<\/p>\n<p>The shootout erupted on Springview Road Charlotte, NC around 4 a.m. on September 5, 2021. 3 people were shot.
