Marquise was a young father with young kids.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg0MjM3NjQxMzY4MDg2NDAz\/24282_36h0h926114041096_11333906341_n.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/man-murdered-in-wild-shooting-in-university-area\">Marquise was shot and killed on July 13, 2021 on Harris Station Boulevard Charlotte, NC in the afternoon. Emergency crews took Marquise to the hospital, where he later died.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Homicide detectives identified Orlando as a suspect in this case, and warrants were issued for his arrest.
