The student attended&nbsp;Stoney Creek Elementary School in Charlotte, NC and was a&nbsp;7-year-old first grader.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/screenshot-2021-09-30-at-19-06-54-teacher-3765909_960_720-webp-webp-image-960-641-pixels.png\"><\/figure>\n<p>The death was reported to the Mecklenburg County Public Health Department.
