Donnell was arrested on October 5, 2021.&nbsp;Diane was killed on October 5, 2021 in a violent homicide. Diane was killed on Vinton Street Charlotte, NC.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg0MzgxOTgyODcwOTM4NjQ5\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/woman-murdered-in-her-own-house\">Donnell is accused of breaking in Diane&#8217;s house and physically assaulting her until she was dead.<\/a> Emergency 911 was called, and Diane was found in her house dead from apparent signs of trauma.
