Robert is a bloods gang member. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg0ODQ1NzkwNDgzNTg4NTgz\/0-mail-1.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> Robert was previously sentenced to 43 months in federal prison, after pleading guilty to racketeering conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine. <\/p>\n<p>According to court documents, on September 5, 2019, while Robert was on supervised release, a police officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle Robert was driving. Robert at first complied and stopped at a gas station, however, when the officer approached Robert\u2019s vehicle, Robert sped off at a high speed and came close to striking the officer. <\/p>\n<p>Law enforcement proceeded to follow Robert while he attempted to evade the police. Officers arrested Robert after his vehicle collided into a tree. <\/p>\n<p>Over the course of the investigation law enforcement seized narcotics from Robert and his vehicle.
