The incident occurred in&nbsp;Brownsville, Texas.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg0ODkyNDcxNDA5Mzg2OTgz\/1untitkled.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>A 60-year-old male Mexican citizen applied for entry into the United States driving a Freightliner truck.
