{"id":9294,"date":"2021-10-31T02:23:50","date_gmt":"2021-10-31T02:23:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02910b7820002478"},"modified":"2021-10-31T02:23:50","modified_gmt":"2021-10-31T02:23:50","slug":"arrest-made-after-man-murdered-at-nc-tavern","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2021\/10\/31\/arrest-made-after-man-murdered-at-nc-tavern\/","title":{"rendered":"ARREST MADE AFTER MAN MURDERED AT NC TAVERN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ronald Walker, 41, is charged with the murder of James Davis, 33. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/young-man-murdered-at-nc-tavern-restaurant\">The victim was shot and killed at the NC Tavern located at 8225 University City Boulevard Charlotte, NC.<\/a> James was murdered on October 30, 2021 around 12:15 a.m.  <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg0OTQxNzA0MzUxMDY1MjA4\/1untitkled.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>The shooting occurred inside the NC Tavern restaurant. An altercation transpired and several shots were fired, sending people running for cover and out of NC Tavern. <\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, gunshots hit James and he was pronounced dead on the scene once paramedics arrived. NC Tavern has a very popular following. Alcohol is sold at NC Tavern, so the NC ABC commission responded to the scene to investigate any violations.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>After an investigation, warrants were issued for Ronald&#8217;s arrest. Around 11:30 a.m. on October 30, 2021 Ronald was located and arrested.
