The victim was shot and killed&nbsp;on Fairwood Avenue Charlotte, NC.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg1MDA3NTkxNTY1ODk1Mjc4\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Daliamontray was shot close to midnight  on October 12, 2021, paramedics transported him to the hospital with life threatening injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, just 2 days later, Daliamontray was pronounced deceased at the hospital, after undergoing emergency treatment and life saving measures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The police Canine Unit and Aviation Unit assisted in finding and arresting the suspect.
