Dalton Neel, 26, is charged with the shooting death of Moises. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg1MDMyMTU1ODI1NDQ4NTU4\/21950693_1469192169839533_4283688912826942254_o.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/man-shot-at-apartment-complex-rushed-to-hospital\">At 5:00 a.m., officers were alerted to a suspicious person&#8217;s dispatch at apartments on McAlpine Glen Drive. After responding to that location, officers located Moises who had sustained a gunshot wound.<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Medic transported Moises to Atrium Health Main Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased hours later. <\/p>\n<p>Homicide Unit detectives responded to the scene to investigate, while the Crime Scene Search Unit responded to process the scene and collect physical evidence. <\/p>\n<p>From the information and evidence obtained, Dalton was identified as a person of interest in this case.
