The crash happened around 3 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>2 vehicles were involved in the immediate crash. Extensive damage was caused to both vehicles. The crash caused one of the vehicles to run into a power pole, the impact snapped the power pole in half.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Traffic was backed up, and North Tryon Street was closed in the vicinity of the wreck&nbsp;near Craighead Road.
