Two children were shot at a Burger King on November 4, 2021 in Durham, NC. Around 7 P.M. the kids were sitting at the Burger King drive-thru when a bullet broke a window on the family vehicle and struck the 2 children, ages 11 and 2. The kids were sitting in the back seat. <\/p>\n
The family drove away fast and took the injured children to a local hospital for emergency treatment. Thankfully, the kids were not seriously injured.<\/p>\n
The kids and parents were innocent bystanders during a shootout across the street. They were not the intended target. <\/p>\n
No arrests have been made. <\/p>\n
