17-year-old Juan Ramirez died on November 7, 2021 from a drive-by shooting that occured on North Tryon Street Charlotte, NC. <\/p>\n
The shooting was on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at approximately 12:30 a.m. Preliminary information and evidence gathered during the investigation indicates that Juan was traveling in a vehicle near the intersection of North Tryon Street and WT Harris Boulevard. A vehicle pulled up beside and shot Juan. <\/p>\n
Juan was able to make it to Atrium Health University Hospital in a personal vehicle. Juan was suffering from a life threatening gunshot wound. Juan was transferred to another hospital where he was in critical condition.<\/p>\n
