The male victim identified as&nbsp;Lester&nbsp;was in a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lester&nbsp;was transported to the hospital and was pronounced deceased a short time later.<\/p>\n<p>Lester&nbsp;was originally shot on Merlane Drive.
