The jail&nbsp;guard is identified as 26-year-old Ashley Hubbard.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg2MDEyODU3NjUxOTYzMDA5\/jail-screenshot-2021-09-17-at-16-55-19-oig-21-61---violations-of-ice-detention-standards-at-otay-mesa-detention-center---oig-21-.png\"><\/figure>\n<p>In November 2021 the sheriff\u2019s office received a report of a prison guard engaging in sexual activity with an inmate.
