The decision not to charge anyone in the case was made on December 28, 2021.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg2MzA5NTAwODQyNTUwNDAx\/1untitkled.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> Detectives classified this case as a justified homicide. The Mecklenburg County District Attorney\u2019s Office consulted with the police Homicide Unit and agreed with the decision not to charge anyone in this case.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/man-murdered-shot-at-trailer-park\">Around 2:49 a.m., Daniel was shot at a trailer park complex on December 5th.
