{"id":8806,"date":"2022-01-12T19:13:27","date_gmt":"2022-01-12T19:13:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02971dd9c000275d"},"modified":"2022-01-12T19:13:27","modified_gmt":"2022-01-12T19:13:27","slug":"2-babys-found-hog-tied-locked-in-room-woman-arrested","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2022\/01\/12\/2-babys-found-hog-tied-locked-in-room-woman-arrested\/","title":{"rendered":"2 BABYS FOUND HOG-TIED LOCKED IN ROOM, WOMAN ARRESTED"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> Priscilla Ann Salais, 37, was arrested on two counts of child endangerment after  two babys were found alone and hog-tied on January 9, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg2NjUwNzUzNzEwOTU4NDI5\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>The children\u2019s grandmother requested a welfare check on January 9th. <\/p>\n<p>Priscilla was serving as a temporary guardian of the children because their parents are under investigation by Child Protective Services over accusations of child abuse.  <\/p>\n<p>First responders went to a home and did not get an answer, but heard babys crying. Officials then forced there way into the home and encountered a hog-tied 1-year-old baby girl and a 2-year-old child alone. The babys were both caged in a playpen.<\/p>\n<p>The children had their wrists and ankles tied. The baby had visible injuries, including a black eye and bloody lip.  <\/p>\n<p>The 2-year-old boy&#8217;s diaper was heavily soiled. The playpen that the children were locked in was completely covered by a changing table and a baby carrier, hence trapping the child within the enclosure.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Priscilla was not at the home and was not able to be found until January 11, 2022, which is the same day that she was arrested. <\/p>\n<p> The kids are now in the custody of Child Protective Services.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of the babys had a black eye and a bloody lip.
