The drug bust was on January 28, 2022 in Laredo, Texas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/wtb-mj.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>The seizure occurred at the World Trade Bridge, after officers encountered a 2019 commercial 18-wheeler truck manifesting a shipment of air conditioning units arriving from Mexico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The tractor was driven by a 29-year-old male Mexican citizen. The tractor and the trailer were referred for a canine and non intrusive imaging system inspection, resulting in the discovery of 167 packages containing 3461.25 pounds of marijuana within the commodity.<\/p>\n<p>The narcotics had an estimated street value of $692,244.
