The victim was murdered on Christmas Day 2021 in Charlotte, NC.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg3MzgyNTIxNjQ4OTE2MDI4\/1untitkled.jpg\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Bruce was first arrested in Atlanta, and then extradited to Charlotte. The FBI helped coordinate the arrest of Bruce with the assistance of the the U.S. Secret Service.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/one-murdered-in-triple-shooting-on-christmas-day-2-brothers-murdered\">Fred was shot and killed on Christmas Day December 25, 2021 during a wild triple shooting on Beatties Ford Road Charlotte, NC. Fred&#8217;s brother Kenneth Edwards, 23, was murdered in December 2017 in Charlotte also.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/one-murdered-in-triple-shooting-on-christmas-day-2-brothers-murdered\">Fred Edwards and his bother Kenneth Edwards were both murdered in December<\/a><\/p>\n<figure>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/MTg3MzgyNjk4Mjc5NDQ2MDc2.webp\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Shortly after 2:13 a.m. on Christmas 2021, officers responded to reports of someone shot on Beatties Ford Road. When officers arrived, they located two adult male victims with apparent gunshot wounds.<\/p>\n<p>One of the victims identified as Fred Edwards was pronounced deceased on scene by emergency medics.
