The victim was murdered in Charlotte, NC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg4MjU3MDM4OTk4OTcxNDQw\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>Cedric is charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a felon.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/young-father-murdered-in-tragic-shooting\">Timothy was shot on Marvin Road at 2:30 p.m. on March 21, 2022; friends drove the victim to a safe location away from the gunshots.<\/a> An ambulance was called and then rushed Timothy to the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency care was given to Timothy, but he didn&#8217;t make it and was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
