Edis was arrested on March 23, 2022.  <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg4Mjk3NDY5NDA1MTc2ODQ2\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>On March 19, 2022, cops responded to a check welfare call on East WT Harris Boulevard; Santos had been physically assaulted and was transported to the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Edis allegedly got into a dispute with Santos and punched and kicked him in the head, authorities say. <\/p>\n<p>On March 21, 2022, the condition of Santos deteriorated and he was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
