Shots were fired at a home on&nbsp;Monza Drive. 911 was called and cops found Benjamin inside the home unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds.<\/p>\n<p>Stanly County EMS arrived at the scene and pronounced Benjamin dead.<\/p>\n<p>After an investigation, authorities identified the suspect as Quinton, he was arrested and charged with first degree murder.
