Rafael&#8217;s daughter identified as Shaneal Brown, 18, and Rafael&#8217;s mother 83-year-old Jessie Brown were both stabbed to death in Columbia, SC.  <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg5MzA3OTIzNTQzODkzOTA5\/1untitkled.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>On May 5, 2022 Richland County deputies responded to a 911 domestic disturbance call. Deputies arrived to a house and found Shaneal and Jessie stabbed to death covered in blood. <\/p>\n<p>Rafael was detained and arrested at the crime scene. Rafael is charged with 2 counts of murder. <\/p>\n<p> Shaneal was a member of her high school&#8217;s marching band dance team and a member of a girls mentoring group.
