Another driver called police to report the suspicious vehicle. Cops responded to the area and conducted a traffic stop on Julissa. <\/p>\n<p>Officers saw blood and brain matter in Julissa&#8217;s hair. Cops also saw a shotgun shell in the vehicle along with a bullet hole in the back seat. The back window was broken out too.<\/p>\n<p>Cops searched the car trunk and made a gruesome discovery; Eli was found in the trunk dead from multiple gunshot wounds. Julissa was arrested and charged with murder.<\/p>\n<p>Julissa has a history of mental health issues, in fact she was hospitalized after having paranoid delusions and hearing voices in 2021.
