A lethal dose of fentanyl is equivalent to just a few grains of salt.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTg5OTU4Mjg1NzQ1NDY0NDEz\/hospital.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>Paris died on December 19, 2021 at a hotel room in Charlotte, N.C. Paris was found dead on a hotel room bed.
