IN BROAD DAYLIGHT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>  Andy Hernandez, 17, was shot to death on June 4, 2022 on West Blvd. Charlotte, NC. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/man-murdered-on-west-blvd-while-driving\">Andy was driving on Leake Street near West Blvd. a vehicle pulled up and shot him several times at noon. The suspect vehicle then sped away.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Officers responded to a shots fired call. Cops located Andy in a vehicle suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The vehicle had crashed into a tree.
