{"id":7890,"date":"2022-06-07T23:49:03","date_gmt":"2022-06-07T23:49:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ci02a329bfd0072519"},"modified":"2025-02-26T01:10:22","modified_gmt":"2025-02-26T01:10:22","slug":"man-kills-judge-that-sent-him-to-prison","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/index.php\/2022\/06\/07\/man-kills-judge-that-sent-him-to-prison\/","title":{"rendered":"MAN KILLS JUDGE THAT SENT HIM TO PRISON"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> 56-year-old Douglas Uhde murdered Juneau County Circuit Judge John Roemer on June 3, 2022 in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTkwMDQxNjI3NzA2Nzk1Njc4\/court-img_3691.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>Douglas broke into the judge&#8217;s home around 7 a.m. Douglas shot Judge Roemer dead. Douglas then went to the basement of the home and shot himself in the head. Police received a shots fired call and responded to the home to find the judge dead and Douglas shot in the basement. <\/p>\n<p>Police searched a vehicle belonging to Douglas, in it they found a hit list of other politicians that he wanted to kill. The hit list included Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers, U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.<\/p>\n<p>Douglas was still alive when authorities arrived and was taken to the hospital where he died on June 7, 2022.   <\/p>\n<p>Judge Roemer sentenced Douglas to six years in prison in 2001 regarding a burglary case. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A man went to prison for 6 years, and then he murdered the judge that sent him there.
