Shonniel was a father of 5 kids. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTkwMTgwODYwNjE0NDIwMTI2\/0-screenshot-2021-10-03-at-21-19-05-chandler-police-on-twitter.png\"><\/figure>\n<p>The shooting was a 1 p.m. at the Blue Ridge Heights apartments.
