The boy&#8217;s father Tonio Hughes is seen on video punching Desean in court on June 23, 2022 in Cincinnati.<\/p>\n<p>Tonio and Nyteisha had a child together identified as Nylo when they were a couple. They would later break up.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTkwNTM0NDg0NTk5MjUyMDky\/untitled.png\"><\/figure>\n<p>Nyteisha then began to date Desean. In December 2020 Desean was accused of stabbing Nyteisha to death. Desean was also accused of throwing Nylo off of a bridge into the Ohio River. <\/p>\n<p>Nylo is presumed to be dead, although his body was never found. Desean was arrested shortly thereafter and charged with 2 counts of murder. &nbsp; <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/desean-brown-.png\"><\/figure>\n<p>At Desean&#8217;s double murder trial in June 2022, Tonio grew enraged and ran in court to the attorney&#8217;s corner. Tonio punched the handcuffed Desean several times in the head and face. <\/p>\n<p>Court police officers quickly grab Tonio and subdue him. Tonio was found to be in contempt of court by a judge and was sentenced to seven days in jail.
