Grady was set free on the murder charge due to a mistrial. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tender-hodgkin.62-151-180-206.plesk.page\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/court-img_3694.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>Larry was shot and killed on Sunday morning October 8, 2017 at 6:43 a.m. on Trinity Road in Charlotte. Larry was pronounced deceased on scene.<\/p>\n<p>  A mistrial was declared by the judge in the 2022 trial after a jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict. <\/p>\n<p> Grady was on trial facing charges of first degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in connection with the 2017 murder of Larry. <\/p>\n<p>Jurors indicated to the court that they were unable to reach a unanimous verdict on July 25, 2022.
