Joseph was already in prison on separate charges when police say he was identified as the murder suspect. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTkxNjYzNzIwODkwMzc3NzE0\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>Demontravis was shot and killed on April 14, 2021 around midnight. The shooting was on Wilkinson Blvd. Charlotte, NC. Demontravis was shot and found suffering and bleeding on the street. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/man-killed-in-violent-shooting-overnight\">Demontravis was pronounced deceased on scene by paramedics.<\/a>  <\/p>\n<p>Joseph went to prison around May 2021 on drug and probation violation charges.
