The case was ruled as a justified homicide. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/man-shot-and-killed-at-apartment-complex\">Johnny was shot and killed on July 17, 2022 on McAlway Road Charlotte, NC inside an apartment.<\/a>  <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTkxNzI1MDA5ODA1MjU2MzU1\/1img_4771.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<\/p>\n<p> Johnny was shot around 3 a.m. at an apartment. Paramedics found Johnny inside the apartment suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Johnny was pronounced deceased on the scene.  <\/p>\n<p>Following an investigation, detectives with the homicide unit have classified this case as a justified homicide.
