The two men were friends. <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTkxODEwMDE2ODcxNzIwNjEx\/1untitkled.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/young-father-murdered-on-the-street\">Daquarius was murdered on May 12, 2022 on Avalon Ave. Charlotte, NC. He was a father with young children.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>  A suspect approached Daquarius and shot him multiple times near a residence. Paramedics arrived and tried to revive the victim, but Daquarius  died at the scene. <\/p>\n<p> Daquarius  has several young children. He recently had a vacation in Florida with his family.  <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Months later Johnny was arrested and charged with murder, conspire to commit murder, shooting into occupied property inflicting serious bodily injury, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.<\/p>\n<p>  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/news\/mother-dies-from-fentanyl-toxicity-in-west-charlotte-found-asystole\">Montayvia Smith was a mother to kids she shared with Daquarius.
