The two were dating. Karina was a mother of two kids ages 7 and 1.  <\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.charlottealertsnews.com\/.image\/c_fit,h_600,w_600\/MTkyMjQyMzI0OTI1ODUxMTgy\/3-trukkll-blu.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>Karina and Jose were arguing outside Karina&#8217;s home. Jose is then accused of using a sword to cut Karina&#8217;s head off. The victim&#8217;s head was dismembered from her body and it rolled onto the street under a car. <\/p>\n<p>The suspect is accused of leaving the scene. Reportedly, there were witnesses of the crime.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>911 was called and Karina was pronounced deceased. Her 2 kids were inside the home during the homicide.
